Premium Sourcing Concierge is a buyer-side service based in Puducherry. We work from existing relationships with Indian factories, lock your specification in writing before any quotes are requested, visit plants in person, arrange independent lab testing and pre-shipment inspection, use escrow or milestone payments through a licensed escrow agent, and support freight and customs paperwork through to your named port.

Materials, tolerances, test protocols and packaging are written down and agreed before any factory is asked to price. That document is what later checks are measured against.

Shortlists draw on relationships we already have with Indian manufacturers, plus the audit and certification files on hand — not a cold directory search or a single anonymous broker quote.

We visit plants in person as part of qualifying and overseeing work. You are welcome to visit too; we can arrange access and a technical escort.

Samples are tested by an independent third-party laboratory against the locked specification. You choose the desk — options include SGS, Intertek or TÜV. We do not claim a partnership or accreditation with any of them.

Before goods leave the factory, a pre-shipment inspection is arranged against the same locked specification.

Funds can move through escrow or agreed milestones via a licensed escrow agent, so releases follow passed checks rather than an unchecked invoice. We do not name a specific agent here; the arrangement is set at engagement.

We support freight coordination and the export / customs paperwork needed to move cargo to your named port — commercial documents, packing lists, and the usual filing discipline that keeps a shipment from stalling at the border.

We do not pretend every category is a fit. Consumer electronics assembly, for example, is usually better sourced elsewhere — we will say so at scoping.

Stage 1
We turn your requirement into a written specification — materials, tolerances, tests, packaging — before any factory quotes.
Stage 2
You get a shortlist drawn from factories we already work with, with audit files where we have them. We visit plants in person; you can join a visit when it helps.
Stage 3
Golden samples are produced and tested by an independent third-party laboratory against the locked specification. You choose the lab — options include SGS, Intertek or TÜV.
Stage 4
Production proceeds under the agreed checks. Pre-shipment inspection is arranged; escrow or milestone payments release through a licensed escrow agent against those results. We support freight and customs paperwork so cargo can move to your named port.

We are paid by you, never by the factory. No rebates, no kickbacks, no hidden spread on unit price — the incentive stays pointed at your specification. Freight, when we arrange it, is passed through at cost.

Repeat volume across one material family, with a named principal and periodic re-checks of the lines you rely on.

Premium Sourcing Concierge is run by Mamta Mishra, based in Puducherry, India. The work is buyer-side: helping brands in the US, UK, Europe and Australia buy from Indian manufacturers without the usual broker opacity.
Before this practice, Mamta spent eight years as Operations Manager at Arctic Shipping Services in Delhi — freight, export documents and customs are familiar ground, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
Quality at source is personal too. With her family she co-founded Holy Granola: an oat-free granola made from activated nuts, Medjool dates, coconut oil and ghee. Sourcing clean ingredients for small batches is a useful reminder of how easily “as specified” can drift.

You do. Specifications, drawings, formulations and tooling you fund are assigned to you in the engagement agreement before a facility sees them. Factories sign an NDA covering your design.
Sourcing Run is 4.5% of order value; Standing Program is 3.2% plus a retainer; Embedded Desk is a fixed annual fee. The exact retainer or annual fee is agreed at scoping. We take nothing from the factory. You see the manufacturer’s quotation.
Claims are measured against the locked specification of record. Because pre-shipment inspection and escrow or milestone releases sit with a licensed escrow agent, resolution is a measurement exercise rather than an open negotiation with a distant factory.
Yes. We can arrange access and a technical escort. A network that only works when you stay away is not worth joining.
Botanical raw material and the Ayurvedic supply base are domestic; organic cotton acreage and GOTS mill density are among the largest globally; precision machining sits on a deep certified industrial base. We will not claim the same for every product family.
